..tru..malapit na ang pasko..
isa sa mga blogs na binabasa ko e ang marketmanila.com...minsan nag iiwan din ako ng comment dun para ba ma feel ko lang na i belong..kaso since nabasa ko ang kanyang post about its beginning to look a lot like christmas..(which i suggest you read before you proceed to read this) parang wiz ever ako mabebelong sa kanyang circle..
first of all our tree is from the humdrums of shopwise which we bought oh..some three years ago.. much as we would like to order the fresh tree from S&R we are not fortunate enough to have a membership card that will enable us to buy the fabulous smelling fresh tree from the us of a.
for this year, mama has scheduled the red and silver christmas theme..so up goes our red and silver balls...
in conjunction with the theme, ornaments with red ribbons also adorn our staircase..
and yes, i bought the balls and the other thingies from 168..carefully carrying the same back to the parking lot of tutuban center where i usually park the silver stainless wrangler ...
this is also our poinsettias which we store carefully in the upper closet to be taken out every december 1 in preparation of the coming event..these flowers have been with us for the past four christmases..bought in landmark..i am amazed their staying power..in times like these, plastic is better than fresh
and of course the nutcraker soldiers..ever guarding the tree from unwanded guests
i've also done a bit of christmas shopping, but still hasn' gotten around to wrapping the gifts, so evrything is stored in my bedroom which is fast losing parking space
i'm always out every weekend doing my christmas list, somehow the list seems to be growing by the day and by the looks of it, i have to be getting gifts until the 24th..that is not counting the number of parties i have to attend, friends i have to meet..this is one hectic event..
*hay, hindi talaga bagay sa akin ang ganitong pagsusulat..ever...
